The ACPO knows the value of information and understands your concerns about privacy. As a result, we believe that you have the right to know how we collect and use your personal information.

The ACPO values your trust and respects your privacy, and is committed to protecting them.

The ACPO will not sell, share or hire out your personally identifiable information to anyone. It is the sole owner of the information collected on this site and from application forms that it receives.
The ACPO may send personally identifiable information about you to other people when:
- We need to share the information to provide a service you have requested;
- We need to send the information to member companies who work on behalf of the ACPO to provide a service to you.

We keep your information secure
This website takes every precaution to protect users’ information both on-line and off-line. We will not buy other information, which can be linked to your personally identifiable information that we hold.
The ACPO may amend this policy from time to time to take into account developments in the site and changes to information collected. If we make substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
