Jane Laplante is 22 years of age, is White, residence is Menominee
and birthplace was Wisconsin, occupation is None, father's name Narcisse Laplante,
and mother's maiden name was Cristine Gervais and who has been previously married no
times, and whose maiden name was - - - .

Télesphore Arcones?, of Iron Mountain, Mich., and Dolphis Laplante,
of the same place, as witnesses.
